Key Responsibilities:

• - Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
• - Provide a safe, caring, and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers
• - Observe and assess children's progress, documenting developmental milestones and communicating with parents and guardians
• - Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging exploration and independence
• - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment in compliance with licensing and safety standards
• - Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing professional development
• - Support families through regular communication and building strong partnerships

Skills and Qualifications:

• - Proven experience working with infants and toddlers in an educational or caregiving setting
• - Early childhood education certification or relevant credentials preferred
