Carpe Diem Private Preschool, part of the Endeavor Schools family, is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher to guide age-appropriate curriculum and foster cognitive, social, and emotional development in infants. You will plan engaging activities, monitor progress, and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development / CDA Certified preferred
• 2-5 years prior experience working in a certified child development center
• Prior experience with the assigned age group.
• Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation
• Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members, is required.
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
