Job summary

Carpe Diem Private Preschool, part of the Endeavor Schools family, is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum while guiding and inspiring young learners. You will lead engaging activities, ensure safety, and document progress in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Development strongly preferred.
2–5 years of experience in a certified child development center.
Experience with the assigned age group.
Ability to use standard office equipment (laptop, smartphone).
Excellent communication with parents and staff; patient, collaborative, and creative.

Responsibilities

Lead age-appropriate learning activities and curriculum.
Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
Monitor and document children’s progress and development.
Foster a harmonious, engaging classroom where children and staff enjoy coming to work.
