Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting preferred.
• Completion of state-required pre-service training.

Responsibilities

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and daily routines using the Wonder of Learning® curriculum.
• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive infant classroom environment.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families.
