Qualificações

• Genuine passion for infants and early childhood development.
• Strong communication and classroom management.
• Positive, dependable, team-oriented attitude.
• Experience in early childhood education, childcare or preschool preferred.
• No prior experience? Training provided to learn and grow in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for infants.
• Implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities from the curriculum.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and healthy learning environment for all children.
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Observe and support each child's developmental and learning needs.
• Encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through purposeful interactions.
• Maintain accurate classroom records and daily communication with families.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
