• Greet children and families daily and establish relationships.

• Support the Lead Teacher in curriculum planning and implementation.
• Communicate professionally with families and coworkers.
• Document and report accidents according to policy.
• Manage and document child behaviors in alignment with policies.
• Participate in required meetings and professional development.
