Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a loving and attentive Lead Infant Teacher to join our team. Our infant program provides a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones — all while feeling secure and supported.

As an Infant Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to provide a warm, responsive classroom experience, build strong relationships with families through daily communication, and collaborate with your teaching team to

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center preferred.
• Must have CDA, or AA degree/Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or at least 60 credits with 6 credits in Early Childhood/Child Development
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
