The Learning Experience - Brooklyn - Broadway is seeking an experienced Infant Teacher to join a passionate team dedicated to enriching early childhood learning. You will foster a nurturing classroom where children learn through play, guided by our LEAP curriculum and family-centered communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in early education or CDA with one year of experience.
• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Experience with infants/toddlers/preschool is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in alignment with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through apps and discussions.
• Partner with the daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals to support the center’s success.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and foster a dynamic, playful learning environment.
