Cozy Childcare & Learning Center in Hephzibah, GA, is seeking a Lead Teacher to manage infants or 1-year-old classrooms. The successful candidate will create a supportive environment for children and parents while ensuring safety and happiness.

Responsibilities include lesson planning, supervision of children, and maintaining professional standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma and preferably an associate or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Clean Background, Employment & Fingerprint checks.
• Comply with local, state, and federal laws governing child care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, happy, and stimulating environment for infants and children.
• Prepare lesson plans and daily activity schedules for the classroom.
• Maintain cleanliness of the classroom and other areas as assigned.
• Help in kitchen, classroom, or bus runs as needed.
