Responsibilities
  • Create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment that supports the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of infants and toddlers.
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and experiences that promote exploration, discovery, and learning in all areas of development.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and families, maintaining open communication and partnership in each child's learning journey.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures, including diapering, feeding, and naptime routines, to ensure the well-being of each child in your care.
  • Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones, using assessments to inform individualized planning and goal-setting.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive team environment, sharing ideas, resources, and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in the field of early childhood education.
