Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, develop, and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities tailored to the needs of infants.
  2. Foster a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment that promotes learning and development.
  3. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
  4. Establish and maintain positive communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's progress.
  5. Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff.
  6. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
  7. Adhere to licensing regulations and the center's policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  1. A Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood Development Education or equivalent is required.
  2. At least 3 years of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting.
  3. CPR and First Aid certification.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Dedication to fostering a nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment.
