Job summary

New Horizon Academy Iowa, Inc. is seeking energetic, nurturing teachers to join our team in Dubuque, IA. The role involves inspiring young learners, preparing engaging lessons, and contributing to a positive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position.
• Passion for working with young children.
• Interest in beginning or continuing education in early childhood education or a related field.
• Able to satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
• Has documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
• Has the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, as well as to understand state licensing regulations and company policies.

[Wage range for this role is $14.40-$20.50 dependent upon experience AND education]

*must be available to work any shift between 6:30am and 6:00pm*
