Job summary

New Horizon Academy Iowa, Inc. in Urbandale, IA is seeking energetic teachers to join our growing early childhood program. You will inspire and celebrate a child's love of learning every day, working across shifts from 6:30am to 6:00pm.

Qualifications

• Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position.
• Has a passion for working with young children.
• Has interest in beginning or continuing their education in early childhood education or a related field.
• Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
• Has the documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
• Has the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, as well as to understand state licensing regulations and company policies.
