Job summary

LLE Education Group is seeking enthusiastic Teachers in Bristow, VA, to join a mission-driven team committed to quality early childhood education. The role focuses on creating engaging lessons, supporting children throughout daily routines, and maintaining an inspiring classroom environment.

Ideal candidates bring a valid ECE credential (CDA/ECE certificate or higher) and at least 1 year of licensed childcare experience, with flexibility to meet program needs.

Qualifications

• CDA, ECE certificate, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field (or equivalent coursework)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility or active enrollment in an accredited program may be considered with experience.
• Ability to meet VA licensing standards and pass a background check
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on program needs
• Ability to cultivate a safe and stimulating classroom environment

Responsibilities

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to your students
• Support children through learning, playing, meals, and resting
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring classroom environment
• Collaborate with your team to develop creative curriculum ideas
• Communicate with families daily through mobile apps and personal updates

Compensation…

• The hourly rate for this position is between $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.
• The pay range listed is what we in good faith anticipate offering for this job position.
• Actual compensation within this range will be determined by several factors, including a candidate’s experience, education and training, certifications, geographic location and other relevant organization and business factors.
