Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Infant Guide to lead a mixed-age infant classroom (0–3) in a thoughtfully designed Montessori environment. You will prepare a calm, nurturing space that supports independence, movement, and discovery while observing each child closely and providing individualized care.

You’ll partner with families, lead with your classroom team, and help infants develop trust, confidence, and a love of learning from their very first experiences.

Qualifications

• Seeking a Lead Infant Guide to support mixed-age 0–3 in a Montessori environment.
• Must have experience with children 0–3 in a group care setting.
• Aligned with child-led educational philosophies (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar).
• Required ECE or Child Development credits; Bachelor’s degree (any field).

Responsabilités

• Observe each child to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development
• Respect and follow each child’s natural rhythms for sleeping, eating, and toileting
• Prepare and maintain an orderly environment that fosters trust, movement, and exploration
• Support independence by encouraging participation in care activities
• Build warm, meaningful relationships with children and families
• Partner with parents to support growth and development
• Lead and collaborate with classroom team to create a respectful community
