Qualifications

• Interest in pursuing fully sponsored Montessori certification.
• Experience with children ages 0–3 in a group care setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field required.
• ECE or Child Development credits required.

Responsibilities

• Observe and support infants' physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Prepare and maintain an orderly environment that fosters independence and movement.
• Support independence by encouraging children to participate in care activities.
• Build warm relationships with children and families and collaborate with parents.
• Lead and collaborate with classroom team members to create a respectful community.
