Guidepost Montessori seeks a Lead Infant Guide to lead a mixed-age infant classroom (0–3) in a carefully designed Montessori environment that supports independence and development.

You will observe children, honor their natural rhythms, and prepare a nurturing space. The role emphasizes partnership with families and a collaborative classroom team for growth and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursue fully sponsored Montessori certification through Prepared Montessorian Institute.
• Experience with children ages 0–3 in a group care setting.
• Align with Montessori or similar child-led educational philosophies.

Responsibilities

• Observe each child to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Respect each child’s natural rhythms for sleeping, eating, and toileting.
• Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly environment that fosters trust and exploration.
• Encourage independence by involving children in care activities.
• Build warm relationships with children and families.
• Collaborate with parents to support each child’s growth.
• Lead and collaborate with classroom team to create a respectful community.
