Phoenixville Area Children's Learning Centers (PACLC) is seeking experienced Lead Teachers to nurture infants and toddlers in a warm, play-based classroom. We are a nonprofit with three locations, including Kimberton Square, and offer supportive supervision and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with infants or toddlers.

As a Lead Teacher, you'll create a warm, engaging, play-based classroom where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn.

You'll plan developmentally appropriate activities using Creative Curriculum, support children's individual growth, build positive relationships with families, and collaborate with fellow educators to create a wonderful early learning experience.

Who we're looking for

• Has an associate's or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Has 2 or more years of experience working with infants or toddlers
• Is warm, patient, dependable, and enthusiastic
• Enjoys planning creative, hands-on learning experiences
• Communicates well with families and coworkers
• Takes pride in creating a positive classroom environment
