Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in childcare, preschool, or early learning.
• Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Experience planning and implementing engaging curriculum.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• PA clearances and First Aid/CPR or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's growth.
• Plan and lead activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and skill development.
• Establish a nurturing classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.
• Provide attentive care and guidance to support each child's individual needs and milestones.
• Build strong partnerships with families through open communication and updates.
