Job summary

Phoenixville Area Children's Learning Centers (PACLC) is seeking experienced Lead Teachers to join our three Phoenixville areas. You’ll create warm, engaging, play-based classrooms for infants and toddlers and build strong relationships with families and fellow educators.

• Has an associate's or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Has 2+ years of experience working with infants or toddlers.

• Enjoys planning creative, hands-on learning experiences.
• Communicates well with families and coworkers.
• Takes pride in creating a positive classroom environment.
