Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Industrial Water Wastewater Process Engineer / Design Manager to lead industrial water and wastewater design projects across the United States, with hybrid work supporting client facilities and travel up to 25%.

The role requires 10+ years of consulting engineering experience, PE registration, and a track record in leading technical design teams. Sign-on bonus offered for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
10+ years of industrial wastewater experience preferred.
Professional Engineer registration in one or more states.
Valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

Function as the process engineer on industrial water/wastewater projects.
Apply processes and technologies for treatment methods including membrane and biological systems.
Receive mentoring from a principal process engineer and mentor junior staff.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary design teams to implement complex solutions.
Participate in business development and proposals for clients.
Support projects from study through design, construction, startup and operations.
