Job summary

Carson seeks an Industrial Reliability Technician II to perform precision lubrication, filtration, oil sampling, and system restoration on customer equipment. You will lead small crews, coordinate with customers, and deliver high-quality work on varying schedules, including overtime and travel.

You will mentor junior technicians, complete paperwork on time, and uphold safety standards while representing Carson professionally at job sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with lubrication programs and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read basic drawings and equipment documentation.
• Proficient with computers and mobile devices for reporting.
• Strong communication with customers and teammates.
• Conformance to safety policies and hazard analysis participation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform safety-compliant reliability tasks.
• Execute lubrication, oil changes, filtration, and polishing work.
• Lead field projects from start to finish with other technicians.
• Coordinate with customers and document progress daily.
• Maintain clean work areas and accurate reports.
