Job summary

3PL Bridge Realty Partners in Southern California seeks an experienced commercial real estate broker focused on industrial leasing and logistics properties. You own the Inland Empire, the LA Basin, and the broader SoCal industrial corridor — source, structure, negotiate and close; recruit 3PLs and tie these activities to your pipeline.

Compensation is commission-based with a competitive split, and a draw is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Industrial experience in commercial real estate — tenant rep or full-service. You know NER, TI, cap rates, and lease structure cold
• Deals you actually owned start to finish, not deals you were "on a team" for
• The financial side handled: valuation, leasing, acquisition, development
• Comfort being measured. Scorecards and dashboards are how we run, not red tape

Responsibilities

• Industrial leasing and acquisitions across LA and the broader SoCal industrial market, including the Inland Empire, and with California based clients across North America
• Tenant rep, landlord rep, owner, investor, and logistics-operator relationships
• 3PL recruitment alongside the commercial real estate
• A clean pipeline. Current CRM, same-day follow-up, weekly cadence
