You will shape technical standards, mentor staff, and collaborate with senior leadership on proposals and client relations across metals, chemical, and heavy industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of engineering experience in industrial environments.
• 5+ years in leadership or management roles.
• Strong background in industrial piping system design and analysis.
• Experience leading projects from concept through execution.
• Working knowledge of 3D CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and designers.
• Plan resources across multiple projects and proposals.
• Monitor budgets, labor utilization, and departmental performance.
• Develop engineering estimates and support proposals.
