Job summary
Mission Linen Supply is seeking a Chief Maintenance Technician in Sacramento to repair, maintain, install, and troubleshoot industrial equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, and boilers. You will lead the plant's preventive maintenance program, including welding, boiler chemical testing, and chemistry adjustments, while resolving safety concerns and maintaining records.
This hands-on, in-plant role requires strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment, experience
Qualifications
- Experience with PM programs/scheduling is required.
- Boiler operation, testing, and maintenance experience.
- Industrial plumbing systems and repair experience.
- Welding experience (MIG/TIG) and fabrication.
- Hydraulics and pneumatics system repair and maintenance.
- Industrial electrical systems including PLCs and control panels.
- Previous supervisory/lead role is required.
- Military experience welcomed and valued.
Responsibilities
- Repair, maintain, install, and troubleshoot industrial equipment (washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, boilers).
- Lead the plant's preventive maintenance program and related activities.
- Resolve safety concerns and maintain maintenance records.
- Work across steam boiler, electrical, pneumatic, schematics, welding, and plumbing systems.
