Job summary

Hutton is seeking a confident Senior Superintendent to lead field operations from preconstruction through completion, ensuring schedules, safety, and quality stay on track. You will direct on-site construction, coordinate staff and subcontractors, and mentor Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers, while serving as the primary link between the field and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

Must have 10+ years as a Superintendent in construction.
OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certification required or attainable within specified time after hire.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and constructability reviews.
Experience supervising teams on large-scale industrial projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee on-site construction from preconstruction through completion, aligning with schedules and safety standards.
Coordinate field staff and subcontractors, mentoring Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers.
Develop and manage project schedules, monitor logistics, and ensure timely materials delivery.
Enforce safety policies and maintain high quality standards through site walks and meetings.
Serve as the primary liaison between the field and project stakeholders.
