Job summary

Genesis Industrial Ventures LLC seeks an Electrician Leadman to supervise electrical crews on industrial projects and ensure safe, efficient operations. The role requires reading blueprints, coordinating tasks, and enforcing safety standards.

The position focuses on overseeing installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems in challenging environments, with emphasis on quality and adherence to regulations. This role offers a hands-on leadership path in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Knowledge of NEC codes and OSHA standards.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of journeyman and apprentice electricians on industrial job sites.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, panels, conduit, and wiring in industrial settings.
• Coordinate daily workflow, assign tasks, ensure crew productivity and safety compliance.
• Perform quality control inspections on electrical work completed by crew members.
• Communicate with project managers and foremen regarding project status, materials, and scheduling.
• Ensure all work meets NEC codes, OSHA standards, and local regulations.
