We’re working with an industrial electrical contractor that has spent decades on heavy industrial work rather than residential service. Most of the work stays in plants, processing facilities, and similar environments where conduit, cable tray, power distribution, breakers, and controls all have to be installed cleanly and safely the first time.

This is a hands-on, on-site electrician role for someone who can read the job, work from drawings, stay organized in active field conditions, and keep pace on projects that change from site to site. Recent and current work has included cable tray installs, wire pulls, conduit runs, breaker replacements, and industrial installations for facilities with demanding schedules and little room for rework. Some jobs are prevailing wage, and there is a mix of short-term assignments and longer runs.

The company is known for neat job sites, strong safety expectations, and work that is often invite-only or time-and-materials based. • Strong conduit skills, including rigid conduit layout, bending, cutting, threading, and installation
• Cable tray and wire-pulling experience on industrial systems

• A journeyman card is preferred for foreman-level responsibility

• Installation: Build out industrial electrical systems with clean conduit runs, cable tray, wire pulls, and equipment placement that hold up in demanding field conditions
• Power: Work safely around distribution gear, breakers, switchgear, transformers, and other high- and low-voltage equipment as assigned
• Controls: Support troubleshooting and installation work involving controls, MCCs, relays, PLC-related circuits, and instrumentation when needed
• Execution: Deliver work right the first time, using sound judgment to know when to proceed and when to stop and ask for direction
• Coordination: Adjust to changing field conditions, solve problems as they come up, and keep work moving when plans shift with little notice
• Safety: Maintain a safety-first approach in active industrial environments and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors
• Leadership: Step into lead responsibility on portions of a project or a small crew when needed, including jobsite organization and day-to-day field coordination
• Professionalism: Represent the company well with customers and higher-level site contacts while keeping the work moving
