• Budget, schedule, and materials management across multiple concurrent projects.
• Estimating knowledge, construction methods, engineering principles, and industry technology.
• Electrical construction safety procedures and OSHA compliance.
• Leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client and team relationships.
• Proficiency in project management software and related digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with estimating to prepare conceptual estimates, schedules and proposal documents.
• Participate in design reviews, assess constructability and value engineering, monitor design progress.
• Prepare detailed estimates, cost codes, and cost control systems.
• Prepare bid packages, manage subcontractor bids, and award major subcontracts.
• Establish project organization and field supervision as needed.
• Plan, sequence, and schedule the project with input from site teams.
• Maintain project cost control and prepare cost reports.
• Manage submittals, scheduling, and expediting with suppliers/sub contractors.
• Oversee client relations, progress meetings, and change orders.
• Maximize cash flow through invoicing and collections, prepare requisitions.
• Prepare and secure owner acceptance of contract changes and update budgets.
• Manage payments to subcontractors and vendors; review pay apps.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety; enforce policy and procedures.
• Direct project close-out and warranty work.
• Travel as required.
• Supervise others.
