Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Computer Science is required.
- 10+ years of Controls Engineer experience with capabilities in PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA; strong leadership.
- Rockwell and Cimplicity experience preferred; familiarity with industrial networking and data integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of innovative automation solutions and design standards for industrial processes.
- Develop control system architecture, select components, and document schematics and systems.
- Program controllers (PLC, DCS, RTU) and HMI/SCADA; build data history and visualization solutions.
- Manage projects up to $1M; plan execution, budgets, scheduling, and reporting.
- Mentor engineers and technicians; act as technical lead on projects.
