Tradebe Environmental Services is seeking a hands-on, on-site supervisor in East Chicago, IN to lead field crews on industrial cleaning and remediation projects. You will manage daily operations, ensure safety, and coordinate equipment usage in a dynamic processing plant setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years supervising industrial or tank cleaning projects.
• Experience with confined space work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews on industrial cleaning and remediation projects.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce OSHA/DOT standards on all job sites.
• Plan and manage daily work including job setup, scheduling, and communication with leadership.
• Operate and oversee vacuum trucks, heavy equipment, and industrial cleaning tools.
• Perform hands-on work including cleanup, waste removal, and equipment operation.
• Maintain equipment, complete required documentation/logs, and support maintenance needs.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency cleanup situations as needed.
