Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks seeks an experienced field service technician to perform installations, startups, and tuning of industrial burners and Nebraska I.W.T boilers. You will lead on-site teams, troubleshoot complex systems, and deliver site reports with safety and reliability in mind.

The role requires 8+ years of burner commissioning, PLC/FIREYE knowledge, and the ability to train customer personnel while traveling up to 75% for domestic and international projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in commissioning industrial burners rated 20–350 mm BTU/hr firing #2, #6, and natural gas.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to guide customer technicians and subcontractors and train operators.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, startups, performance testing, troubleshooting, and modifications for burners and boilers.
• Install, commission, tune, repair and diagnose burner systems; complete site reports.
• Lead on-site activities, assign tasks, oversee personnel, and conduct customer training.
