Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Electrical Technology or related field.
• Proven proficiency in process control and industrial automation systems.
• Minimum five years installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automation systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, specifications, and engineering docs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, repair, and replace programmable automation and control systems.
• Troubleshoot, install, configure, and replace VFDs in standalone and integrated systems.
• Analyze process control issues including PID tuning and performance.
• Troubleshoot automation networks including servers and client networks.
• Support operations with technical automation/troubleshooting expertise.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain field instrumentation (RTDs, thermocouples, meters).
• Order parts, monitor delivery schedules, and manage small automation projects.
• Attend training and follow SOPs, maintain workplace organization.
