Job summary

Actinium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior/Principal Scientist, In Vitro Biology Team Lead to lead in vitro pharmacology across our oncology pipeline. You will oversee assay development, immunology and bioanalytical work, and guide translational studies from discovery to IND-enabling stages.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years delivering in vitro pharmacology and assay development in industry.
• Ability to design and execute experimental plans to support IND packages.
• Experience with biologics, radiopharmaceuticals or ADCs is preferred.
• Experience leading Research Associates for in vitro studies.
• Proficiency with flow cytometry panel design and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, validation, and execution of in vitro pharmacology assays for tumor biology and biomarker development.
• Oversee culture, maintenance, and banking of multiple cell lines to support R&D.
• Design and perform multiparameter flow cytometry and ex vivo assays for target engagement.
• Plan experiments supporting candidate selection, lead optimization, and translational biomarkers.
• Develop assays for IND-enabling studies and regulatory submissions.
• Serve as SME for In vitro Biology across programs.
• Provide mentorship and career development for junior scientists.
• Manage external collaborations with CROs and other partners.
• Communicate findings through reports, presentations, and conferences.
