Job summary

Circet USA is seeking an In-Building RF / DAS Design Engineer to lead the design and optimization of DAS and IBW solutions across venues such as stadiums, airports, hospitals, and commercial buildings. You will own the design lifecycle from RF layout through BOMs and will play a hands-on role in field validation and optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of RF engineering or DAS/IBW design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in iBwave Design for RF layout, prediction modeling, BOM generation.
• Experience with AutoCAD/Bluebeam and RF testing tools.
• Knowledge of link-budget analysis, RF propagation, and multi-carrier DAS architectures.
• Experience with CW testing and RF benchmarking; ability to verify designs in field.

Responsibilities

• Design DAS and IBW solutions for large venues (stadiums, airports, hospitals, commercial buildings).
• Produce complete iBwave design packages (RF layouts, link budgets, coverage plots, BOMs).
• Lead redesign/remediation of existing DAS deployments to meet RF performance standards.
• Perform CW testing, RF benchmarking, and post-deployment optimization.
• Collaborate with field engineering, construction, and project management teams for constructible, code-compliant designs.
• Interface with carrier RF engineering teams for review and approval of design packages.
• Troubleshoot RF issues in the field and revise designs from test data.
• Maintain design documentation and version control across multi-phase projects.
