Job summary

A healthcare organization is looking for a Lead Identity Access Management Engineer to design, implement, and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems. Lead Identity Access Management Engineer

The Lead Identity Access Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems. This role requires a deep understanding of PAM solutions, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization to protect sensitive data and critical systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity, particularly in PAM technologies (CyberArk), and a proactive approach to solving complex security challenges.

This position requires three days per week on site (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) at Temple Health’s Women and Families campus.

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field Preferred

Experience

• 5 years' experience in cybersecurity with a focus on Privileged Access Management Required
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing PAM solutions in complex enterprise environments Required
• Strong knowledge of PAM technologies; specifically, CyberArk Required
• Proficiency in authentication and authorization protocols, including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect Required
• Hands‑on experience with automation and scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash Required
