Job summary

WiSC Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Senior IAS/SCADA & Industrial Controls Engineer to join our team in Reston, VA. The role focuses on interoperability of ICS and BMS within commercial and heavy industrial facilities, requiring precise analysis and high-quality technical assessments.

The ideal candidate will apply control systems engineering principles across projects, briefing senior government officials and developing formal deliverables while navigating security clearances.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of technical principles and their application across programs.
• 5+ years of experience with industrial control systems and/or complex building management systems.
• Strong background in control systems engineering and electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Experience with complex industrial process controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including briefing senior government officials.

Responsibilities

• Use tradecraft exploitation tools, intelligence sources, and engineering expertise to characterize selected facilities.
• Provide engineering guidance and technical judgment throughout characterization to produce accurate assessments.
• Develop formal products and deliverables in support of customer requirements.
• Support development of innovative approaches to solve complex engineering challenges.
• Brief senior government officials on capability trends, findings, and analytical assessments.
