Lead IAM Security Engineer – CyberArk PAM

Location: Lutz, FL 33549. On Site Work. Contract: 12+ months (W2 only). Visa sponsorship is available.

We are seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer / Lead to help advance and modernize an enterprise IAM program. The role is highly strategic, engineering‑focused, and centered on improving IAM capabilities, driving automation, and strengthening security governance across the organization.

Candidates should focus on engineering, innovation, and long‑term program development rather than routine tier 1/Tier 2 administration, which is handled by an external partner.

• Strong engineering, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while partnering across technical and business teams.
