This role focuses on the administration, optimization, and operational integrity of the CyberArk PAM platform while partnering closely with security, cloud, infrastructure, and compliance teams.

You will play a key role in enabling Zero Trust Architecture, enforcing Least Privilege, and supporting ongoing initiatives involving SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) as the organization transitions from IdentityIQ. • Onboard and manage privileged accounts, safes, credentials, and policies using PVWA, CPM, and PSM.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to password rotation, integrations, policy enforcement, and session management.
  • Monitor platform health, system performance, and operational resilience.
  • Maintain documentation and support internal/external audits.
Identity & Access Management Support
  • Provide technical support to IAM Engineering teams during the transition from SailPoint IdentityIQ to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
  • Assist with ongoing operations of IdentityIQ during migration.
  • Support design, configuration, and automation of identity lifecycle management (LCM), RBAC models, access workflows, and access certifications in ISC.
  • Build or enhance custom connectors for automated provisioning and application data aggregation.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve second- and third-level IAM issues related to SailPoint, integrations, or workflow failures.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Audit, and Security teams to maintain alignment with regulatory standards (SOX, GLBA, FFIEC, PCI-DSS).
Required Skills / Education

  • 2+ years of hands‑on CyberArk PAM operational experience (required).
  • CyberArk Certification (required).
  • Strong knowledge of IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, and Least Privilege principles.
  • Proficiency with CyberArk modules: PVWA, CPM, PSM.
  • Understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, RBAC, and identity governance concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with CyberArk EPM/WPM, SailPoint IdentityIQ or ISC, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Scripting abilities using PowerShell or Python for automation.
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOX, GLBA).
