Qualifications

• 5+ years of IAM engineering experience.
• Expertise with enterprise identity and directory services.
• Experience implementing and maintaining IAM solutions.
• Experience developing automation and scripting solutions.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, provisioning, and access lifecycle management.
• Preferred: cloud IAM experience and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• IAM Strategy, Architecture & Engineering: lead platform design across hybrid environments.
• Workflow Automation & Orchestration: design IAM workflows and integrate with ITSM platforms.
• Security Operations & Threat Detection: integrate IAM with security monitoring and investigations.
• Platform Management & Integration: manage enterprise identity directories and cloud services.
• Operational Excellence & Leadership: mentor teams and contribute to IAM roadmap.
