Toll Brothers, a Fortune 500 luxury home builder, seeks a Lead IAM Engineer for its Fort Washington, PA corporate office. You will drive enterprise identity and access management design, implement security controls, and lead automation initiatives to ensure secure, scalable access across hybrid environments.

The role emphasizes architecture, lifecycle management, and cross-team collaboration to strengthen authentication, authorization, and identity governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IAM engineering experience.
• Expertise with enterprise identity and directory services.
• Experience implementing and maintaining IAM solutions.
• Experience developing automation and scripting solutions.
• Strong understanding and troubleshooting of identity governance, provisioning, and access lifecycle management.
• Preferred: cybersecurity/identity management certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM platform design across hybrid environments.
• Architect secure access models using RBAC/ABAC and least-privilege principles.
• Implement SSO, MFA, conditional access, and federation capabilities.
• Own identity lifecycle management: provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, governance improvements.
• Design IAM workflows and integrate with IT service management and ticketing systems.
• Mentor engineering teams and contribute to IAM roadmap.
