Job summary

QXO is building a new Identity Governance and Automation program with a greenfield deployment. You will lead design and configuration, create connectors and provisioning workflows, and deliver end-to-end IGA solutions.

You’ll collaborate with HR, Infrastructure, and Engineering, coach IAM engineers, and help scale the program across identity landscapes including PAM and directory services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on IAM/IGA engineering experience configuring and building on an IGA/IAM platform.
• Experience building or configuring connectors and integrations: SCIM, REST/SOAP APIs, or vendor connectors.
• Holistic understanding of IAM beyond governance: access management, PAM, and directory services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and design the IGA program architecture and integrations.
• Build and automate JML workflows between HR data and target systems.
• Configure SoD detection rules and access-certification workflows.
• Coach and review work of other IAM engineers as the program scales.
• Deliver production-grade IGA build-out with no legacy system to unwind.
