Westinghouse Electric Company LLC seeks a Lead I&C Systems Engineer to apply systems engineering processes across large projects, coordinating design across multi-discipline teams. The role emphasizes configuration and requirements management, verification and validation, and translating contract inputs into I&C requirements.

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Knowledge of Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) design and operation.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis.
• Experience with various I&C systems.
• Ability to decompose and implement technical and process requirements from contracts, codes and standards into I&C specific requirements.
• Detailed understanding of configuration management and requirements management concepts.
• Detailed understanding of verification and validation concepts.
• Ability to evaluate analysis inputs and results to develop specific technical solutions for customers.
• Familiarity with cost estimates for project scopes.
• Familiarity with Industry Codes and Standards.

Responsabilidades

• Apply configuration management and requirements management concepts across multiple systems in a consistent manner.
• Coordinate and lead technical design creation and changes across multi-discipline groups.
• Implement systems engineering processes on large Westinghouse projects; some small projects as needed.
• Work on hybrid location in Warrendale, PA and report to the Supervisor, Systems Engineering & Requirement Management.
