Job summary

SHINE Technologies, LLC seeks a Lead Instrumentation and Controls Engineer to provide technical leadership for I&C design, development, procurement, construction, installation, and testing at the medical isotope facility. This senior role directs a collaborative team and serves as the authority for I&C discipline.

The base salary range is $90,000-$161,500 per year plus a comprehensive benefit package. Strong leadership and cross-discipline coordination are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of I&C engineering experience including team leadership.
• Experience coordinating multi-discipline design efforts and leading engineers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of I&C engineers.
• Act as primary technical interface between stakeholders and the I&C team; manage issues.
• Define scope, allocate resources, and defend schedules for I&C design tasks.
• Oversee instrument specifications, calculations, and test plans for design, construction, and commissioning.
• Lead development of digital/analog control systems (DCS, PLC, DAQ) and review vendor deliverables.
