Job summary

Castelion Corporation is seeking a Lead Integration & Test Engineer to direct the integration and verification of hypersonic missile vehicles. You will own end-to-end I&T from subassembly to full vehicle, coordinating with design, manufacturing, propulsion, and quality teams to meet DoD standards.

You will lead a team, drive safety-critical testing, and improve automation and digital thread adoption for faster iteration cycles. A strong background in missile or hypersonic programs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in integration and test for complex aerospace or defense systems.
• 3+ years on flight hardware.
• Leadership of vehicle-level integration and test campaigns on missile or hypersonic programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead vehicle integration activities including mechanical mating, electrical interface verification, and safe separation testing.
• Develop and execute vehicle-level I&T plans covering functional checkout, environmental qualification, and system verification.
• Design and commission integration tooling, test fixtures, and automated test equipment for full missile assembly.
• Support flight test preparation, range coordination, pre-flight checkout, and post-flight data analysis.
• Mentor I&T engineers and drive continuous improvement in integration processes and digital thread.
