Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Licensed PE required.
  • 10+ years of experience in groundwater, surface water, and environmental projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead groundwater and surface water compliance and permitting projects for solid and industrial waste facilities.
  • Provide senior technical oversight of hydrogeologic investigations and groundwater monitoring.
  • Manage project teams, data analysis, reporting, and regulatory submissions to meet requirements.
  • Direct geochemical evaluations, contaminant fate and transport studies, and statistical analyses.
  • Lead client, regulator, and stakeholder meetings; manage scope, budgets, schedules, and profitability.
  • Drive business development through proposals and client relationships.
