Qualifications

• Must possess a valid California Class C Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct technical work of the Hydroelectric Plant Technician Section in relation to control, communication, electrical and mechanical equipment at State Water Project hydroelectric facilities.
• Perform administrative tasks in SAP (time approvals, program reports, requisition approvals, work order notifications).
• Review new equipment and system design criteria and specifications; create diagrams and sketches; prepare cost estimates to support installations including test equipment and materials.
