Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
- Experience with automotive powertrain and electrified propulsion systems.
- Ability to develop and execute structured test and validation plans.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technical priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead integration, commissioning, and validation across HIL, dynamometer, and vehicle testing environments.
- Support system-level calibration development and validation for propulsion and electrified vehicle features.
- Execute test plans, analyze results, and identify hardware, software, or calibration issues.
- Support emissions and fuel economy testing including data review and issue investigation.
- Coordinate vehicle and test resource readiness for development and validation programs.
- Provide troubleshooting support across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Lead development and validation activities supporting key program milestones.
- Prepare testing summaries, performance reports, and findings for leadership.
- Support training and knowledge transfer for calibration and validation teams.
- Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
