Talent Groups seeks a Senior Network Architect / Lead Network Engineer to lead the design and evolution of a global hybrid and multi-cloud network environment in Lowell, MA. Qualifications

13+ years in enterprise networking/infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with BGP/OSPF, routing, and traffic engineering.
Experience with Azure and Google Cloud networking.
Strong leadership and architecture decision-making.

Responsibilities

Design and evolve enterprise network architecture across data centers, campuses, branch locations, Azure, GCP, and internet-edge environments.
Architect hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity solutions, including WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, IPSec, and cloud interconnects.
Define routing, segmentation, and traffic-engineering strategies utilizing BGP, OSPF, VRF, and related technologies.
Design secure network architectures incorporating firewalls, Zero Trust principles, segmentation, and secure access.
Drive Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and network automation using Terraform, Ansible, APIs, and CI/CD practices.
Establish architecture standards, reference designs, resiliency patterns, and engineering best practices.
Provide technical leadership for large-scale network transformation initiatives and guide engineering teams through implementation.
Partner with Cloud, Security, Platform Engineering, and Operations teams on architecture decisions and technical strategy.
