Hitachi Energy seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large HVDC project execution globally, managing budget, schedule, scope and changes. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, act as the customer voice, and ensure satisfaction and project success across multinational teams.

You will guide planning, risk management, and contract negotiations, while upholding Hitachi Energy’s safety and integrity values in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of project management.
• Experience in energy/power industry is advantageous.
• Fluent English required; Swedish preferred for local stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team with clear direction and stakeholders alignment.
• Oversee planning including scope, budget, schedule and risk.
• Manage contract amendments, variation orders and claims with contracts and legal.
• Drive deliverables, address risks and share lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and internal standards.
